These wonderful pieces are hand crafted and feature an overlay of Coconut Shell.
The process begins by breaking the Coconut shell into small pieces and then gluing those pieces, in mosaic fashion, to the base surface. The shell is then sanded and polished to a silky smooth and lustrous finish.
Numerous patterns are available using the younger, cr?me colored and the older chocolate colored shell. Sea Shell is also used.
